Introduction

MPI were contacted by Mr and Mrs X to try and find some answers to some strange happenings that had been taking place in their home since the birth of their Daughter. They were not in any way afraid, but in need of some re-assurance that they would not be harmed. Without hesitation we arranged for an investigation to take place.

We were warmly welcomed by Mr and Mrs X and both wanted to accompany us on our vigils.

Prayer of protection was held in the living room and while being said the K11 meter went from green to red.

Pat and Val carried out baseline tests before the investigation began and when we were in the hall footsteps was heard by Pat going up the stairs baseline test continued and are as follows.

The Investigation

Vigil 1 Upstairs Front Bedroom
As we reached the landing and before entering the front bedroom Jacqi and Pat had a sudden headache only to find that once they had entered the bedroom the headache had disappeared. Once inside the bedroom all of us had trouble getting our breaths, it felt very heavy in this room. Val invites spirit to join with us and a creaking sound is heard in the corner by Val. Steen then whistled and all hear a faint whistle in return. Mr X has now gone cold, Val is given the name of Emily Jane and when asking spirit if she is Emily Jane the K11 meter went from green to amber. Val asks how everyone is feeling Jacqi sick, everyone feeling tired, breathless. No other occurrences in this room.

Babies Room
This room had a pleasant feel to it completely different to the front bedroom. We took turns going into this room as it was quite small and we all found to be comfortable in here.

Vigil 2 Living Room Downstairs
We all sat around in this pleasant room quietly for a while, then Val calls for spirit to come closer to us, the K11 meter responded by flashing to amber. Pat, Val, Jacqi and Mr X held a glass divination séance and a series of questions and answers followed.

Val gets a severe headache but continues to ask questions

Val then speaks to spirit and tells them she is going through dates of the 19th century and to light up the K11 when she has the correct date
Q 1810/ 1820/ K11 meter flashes, continue 1821/1822/1823/1824/1825 and on 1825 K11
meter flashed to Amber

The glass then moved to good-bye on the board so the séance came to an end and was closed down.

At the end of the investigation Val concluded that she thought there was a presence of a lady spirit who just pops back now and again, the lady, Val feels, lost her baby here and likes to make herself known by moving objects. The spirit is attracted to the baby and wishes no harm to her she sees the baby as her own child.

Mr and Mrs X told us that all was ok until they brought the baby home from hospital, then things seemed to start happening, the lights would go on although Mr X remembers turning them off at night, footsteps were heard on the stairs, doors would open when he knew they were closed. When Mr X cuddled his daughter she would always look over his shoulder and not at him although she never did this with anyone else.

Mr and Mrs X expressed their heartfelt thanks to MPI for putting their minds at rest and knows if they need us to return any time we will.
